The Photography Room now accepts portfolio submissions throughout
the year. We are interested in contemporary fine art photography
from mixed-media and photographic artists with a strong and
singular approach to photography.
Submissions should demonstrate completed bodies of work with
strongly developed themes. Please pay careful attention to
the gallery's guidelines when submitting your work. Exceptions
will not be made for portfolios that have not followed the
criteria below.
Please assemble no more than 10 examples of your work and
e-mail these along with a written description about your work,
including medium and size. Describe what you are attempting
to communicate visually. How did you arrive at this body of
work? Be as detailed as possible. Explain using clear and
concise sentences. Additionally, please enclose a complete
résumé containing all relevant educational and
professional information including: exhibitions, (solo and
group), publications, collections, and articles. Please send

Please allow ten business days to review your work. We do
not accept unsolicited mailings, drop-offs or appointments.
We are unable to critique or give referrals for these submissions.
If we feel the portfolio may be suitable for the gallery,
we will contact you.
